Roger Barlow is a passionate entrepreneur and a pioneer in the field of ESG, EPR, and the circular economy. With over 25 years of global experience in a range of industries and technologies, Roger has held senior positions in leading organizations such as AMD, Johnson Controls, and Bell Canada, as well as several start-ups including Nymi and Cignias.

After 20+ years at billion-dollar multinationals as well as start-ups, Roger founded Diversys Software with a vision to transform the way data is used to tackle the growing problem of waste and create a more sustainable future for everyone. He has a strong global perspective, having led teams across North America, Europe, Israel, Taiwan, China, Korea, and Japan. Roger's operational mindset is focused on delivering exceptional value to customers, investors, and partners by providing innovative software solutions that enable better waste management and resource recovery.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Toronto, an MBA from McGill University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is a visionary leader and an active mentor and supporter of young entrepreneurs and aspiring leaders. Roger was named the 2016 CareerEdge Mentor of the Year for his outstanding contribution to the development of new talent.
